Payment modalities

The first tranche in the amount of 50% of the investment value is paid by the purchaser within 14 days of signing the notarial contract.

The second tranche of 25% of the investment value is payable upon completion of the construction stage specified in the contract.

The third tranche of 20% of the investment value is payable by receiving the keys.

And the last 5% will be paid after receiving the certificate of the ownership.

The agency’s commission is 3% of the sale price of the property and is payable with the signing of the sales contract.
