Payment:
50% of the amount – the first tranche, with signing the noterial contract.
30 % of the amount – the second tranche, October 2023
15 % of the amount – the third tranche, December 2023
5 % of the price – the last 5 % will be paid after receiving the keys.

Elite villas are located first in line, very close to the sea. These villas have large verandas and balconies overlooking the sea.
