Payment Terms
- Upon signing the pre-contract: 35% of the total contract value
- Upon completion of the building structure (skeleton): 35% of the total contract value
- Upon apartment completion: 25% when the apartment is ready
- Upon issuance of the certificate of ownership: 5%

- Apartments: €0.50 per m² per month
- Shops: €0.52 per m² per month
- Parking Spaces: €10 per parking unit per month
