At the construction stage, you can determine the color of the walls, the tiles and the equipment of the bathroom yourself

The private swimming pool is freely available to residents from 1 May to 30 October. The administrative costs amount to 300€ per year.

Payment

The payment will be divided into 3 tranches:

50% (due after signing the notary contract) + commission

45% (due after completion of the construction phase specified in the contract (handover of keys)

5% (due after completion of the construction work and submission of the entry to the Land Registry

The agency’s commission is 4% of the sale price of the property.

The provision of 4% includes all costs for the purchase of real estate, namely:

Notary fees (notary tax, real estate transfer tax, stamp)

Certified translation into English, German, French and Italian, as well as all the necessary measures to conclude the purchase contract.

The commission is due after signing the notarial contract.

Apart from the price of the property and the commission, there are

no further costs for the buyer.
