Type of villas: Elite villa, individual villa, semi attached villa, fourth-attached villa, palazzina 3 floors consisting of apartments.
Payment:
50% of the amount – the first tranche, with signing the noterial contract.
30 % of the amount – the second tranche, October 2023
15 % of the amount – the third tranche, December 2023
5 % of the price – the last 5 % will be paid after receiving the keys.
Semi Attached Villas
Semi attached villas occupy most of the resort. They have individual entrance, orientated in two directions east-west. The villa is 2 story high and have the living room on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor.
