Payment for the purchase of the real estate with the distribution of individual units is made in tranches. The first tranche in the amount of 50% of the investment value is paid by the purchaser within 14 days of signing the notarial contract. The second tranche of 40% of the investment value is payable upon completion of the construction stage specified in the contract. And the last 10% will be paid after receiving the certificate of the ownership.
