Summer Breeze is a completely new and unique investment. A luxurious building with 11 apartments, a swimming pool and garages is being built in Saranda on a newly built road in the newest part of the city. There are 3 apartments on each floor, each with a beautiful frontal view of the sea, Corfu and the center of Saranda. An outdoor swimming pool located on level “0” will be available to residents. Each penthouse has a PRIVATE JACUZZI.
The investment began in November 2022 and will end in May 2024. All apartments in the Panorama building will be handed over to investors and equipped with floor tiles, bathroom tiles (floor + walls), white installation in the bathroom, external and internal doors. The apartments will also be painted when the keys are handed over to investors.
At the investment implementation stage, it is possible to choose the color of walls, tiles and bathroom equipment.
Payment for the purchase of the real estate with the distribution of individual units is made in tranches. The first tranche in the amount of 35% of the investment value is paid by the purchaser within 14 days of signing the notarial contract. The second tranche of 60% of the investment value is payable upon completion of the construction stage specified in the contract. And the last 5% will be paid after receiving the certificate of the ownership.
The agency’s commission is 4% of the sale price of the property and includes all costs associated with handling the process of purchasing the property including; notary fees (notary tax, purchase tax, stamps), sworn translation into English, and all necessary actions to finalize the sales contract. Apart from the price of the property and the value of the commission, the buyer does not incur any additional costs. The agency commission is payable upon signing the notarial contract.
