The building will be equipped with a swimming pool for residents, a gym and chargers for electric cars. On each floor there will be 3 apartments, all with a beautiful frontal sea view. The building administration fee is EUR 300 per year. The swimming pool for residents will be open from 1.05 to 30.10
The buyer can choose the color of walls, tiles and bathroom equipment.
The first tranche: 50% of the investment value is paid by the buyer within 14 days of signing the notarial contract.
The second tranche of 45% is payable after completion of the construction stage specified in the contract.
The remaining 5% is paid by the buyer upon completion of the investment and transfer of the certificate issued by the mortgagee.
The agency’s commission is 4% of the sale price of the property and includes all costs associated with handling the process of purchasing the property including; notary fees (notary tax, purchase tax, stamps), sworn translation into English, German, French, Italian and all necessary actions to finalize the sales contract. Apart from the price of the property and the value of the commission, the buyer does not incur any additional costs. The agency commission is payable upon signing the notarial contract.
